One Heartt, Inc. is dedicated to partnering with underserved communities to deliver sustainable, accessible healthcare services, including mental health support, along with impactful education for both community members and professionals.
By collaborating with local leaders, we assess community needs, design meaningful programs, and implement services that empower individuals and uplift the community as a whole

Our Leadership
Board Members
President/ CEO-Dr. Lankster is a licensed clinical psychologist. She graduated from the American School of Professional Psychology. Her undergraduate degrees are in psychology and sociology from the University of West Alabama. Through her research and work with a diverse base of families and children, she has gained both practical and research-based knowledge on various topics related to psychological issues and emotional disturbance.
Vice President (ZA)-Clinical Psychologist in Pretoria & Mamelodi, South Africa. She received her MSc in Clinical Psychology from Medical University of South Africa in 2004. Over the course of her career she has practiced in universities, clinics, and private practice. She specializes psychological assessment, and the focal point of her research has been the prevention and treatment of AIDS/HIV in teens. Her current community work involves working with abandoned & orphaned children in Dimphonyan.
Vice President (US)-. Dr. Williams is a Clinical Psychologist. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California, and her Bachelor of Arts in sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her experience includes psychological assessments with juvenile and adult offenders, providing individual and group therapy to severe mentally ill adults in both inpatient & outpatient settings.
CFO- Kimberly Robinson has a diverse background within the field of accounting. Her undergraduate degrees are in Finance from Golden Gate University and Child Development from City College of San Francisco. She is an Active member of Chi Pi Alpha, Women Empowered, and Future Women Leaders with hopes of inspiring young women around the globe. Within her career Kimberly has worked with children, young adults and elderly whom are of under-served populations.
Medical Director- Dr. Dube is a registrar in neurosurgery at George Mukhari Academic Hospital in Pretoria, South Africa. Prior to this she oversaw the HAST (HIV/ AIDS, Sexually Transmitted Infections, and Tuberculosis) Unit and worked in the Emergency Room at Newcastle Provincial Hospital in Newcastle South Africa. She received her postgraduate degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Limpopo.
Continuing Education Director-Dr. Nguyen-Cole is a clinical psychologist. Her clinical experience includes psychological assessments with children & adults, provided therapy for children, as well as severe mentally ill adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Continuing Education Director-Mrs. LaKisha Sewell has a Master’s in Counseling and Psychology from The University of West Alabama. Her undergraduate degrees are in psychology and sociology from The University of West Alabama as well. She has worked with the mental health population for 10 years. Currently, LaKisha is a Coordinator of a Rehabilitative Day Program and a CPR/EFA Instructor in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She is a Co-Founder of STRIVE Outreach and 31:10 Christian Book Club.

Programs
Building Our Boys
Building our Boys is a teen substance use/abuse program based in Mamelodi, South Africa that centers on a community empowerment intervention model. Participants will receive substance abuse therapy and play in a community youth soccer league. Building Our Boys, in its conclusion will provide increased awareness of substance and health related issues. Through soccer these boys will learn valuable life skills. Such as social skills, employment skills, which help, create a sustainable community.

Building Our Boys

Dr. Teddy is a program based in South Africa and the United States that provides therapeutic stuffed animals to children in vulnerable circumstances; such as hospitalization, residing in shelters, and recently experiencing crisis. We currently partner with the Demopolis Police Department in the US and Dr. George Mukari Hospital in SA. We are actively looking to collaborate with additional institutions.

Kiddie Cooks is a United States based program that centers on diabetes awareness and nutrition. This program provides community events to demonstrate healthy eating (such as our Snack Attack and Cook-out events). Currently services for this program are based in the rural areas of Alabama.

Chap Chat is a teen male focused rape prevention discussion forum. The goal is to engage male students in an open discussion about relationships, safe and appropriate sexual activity, gender awareness, and respect towards women in an informative but comfortable format. This is in an effort to promote a healthy ideology toward women in the next generation of men.
